Second-home owners, families gone native, and the Grand Massif crowd all bring their laptops, and the nearest serious repair option is a valley away.
Good news: that valley is mine. I'm PC74, based in Cluses — 25 minutes over the Châtillon hill — which makes Samoëns one of my closest 'resort' rounds and often a same-day visit. I fix at your place, in English if you prefer, flat rate agreed before I start.

The farmhouse WiFi problem has a solution
Half of Samoëns lives in renovated farmhouses with metre-thick walls — beautiful, and radiologically opaque. If the router in the séjour leaves the bedrooms offline, a properly placed mesh system solves in one visit what repositioning the box will never fix. Winter guests notice; book it before December.
