How it works
Three steps, usually under an hour
1 · Call me
Describe the problem by phone or WhatsApp. The diagnosis is free — and if remote isn't the right tool for your case, I'll say so immediately.
2 · One click on your side
I guide you to download a small secure-session tool (RustDesk or AnyDesk). You read me a 9-digit code — that's the whole setup.
3 · Watch it get fixed
You see everything I do on your screen, in real time, while we talk. Close the window at any moment and the access is gone, permanently.

The session mirrors your screen: every click I make happens in front of your eyes, while we talk on the phone.
You hold the keys
The connection only opens with the code YOU read me, and dies the second you close the window. No permanent access, ever.
Nothing installed for good
The session tool can be deleted right after — I'll even show you how. I never store credentials.

Does it work if I'm not tech-savvy at all? +
Especially then. You only need to open a web page and read me a code — I guide every click by phone, at your pace. A large share of my remote clients are seniors.
Which areas do you cover? +
All of France, from Lille to Marseille — plus French speakers in Belgium, Switzerland and abroad. Remote has no travel fee, so distance simply stops mattering.
Mac or Windows? +
Both, plus tablets for software questions. The secure-session tools work identically on Mac and PC.
How do I pay from the other side of France? +
Card payment by secure link, or bank transfer — after the session, with a French invoice by email.
What if my internet is too slow? +
The session needs surprisingly little bandwidth. If your connection really can't hold it, we'll know within two minutes — free — and I'll help by phone instead.
Can you also come in person? +
In Haute-Savoie, yes — home visits are my core service around Cluses, the Arve valley and the resorts. Everywhere else in France: remote only.
