Group classes teach Windows or Word in general. At your home, I start from your hardware, your files, your real day-to-day questions. It is more effective, especially if you have already tried on your own and got discouraged.

- Flat rate per session: 1 hour or 2 hours depending on your pace
- Written notes or screenshots to remember between sessions
Recommended length: 5 to 8 sessions to become truly autonomous on a complete theme (Windows, email + video calls, photos).
