PC74 is an independent IT technician based in Cluses, in the heart of the Arve Valley. No call center, no premium-rate number, no jargon: when you call, you speak directly with the person who will come to your home.
For several years I have been helping households, tradespeople and small businesses across the valley — from Marnaz to Sallanches, from Scionzier up to the Portes du Soleil resorts. Slow computers, viruses, lost data, temperamental WiFi, stubborn printers: I have seen — and fixed — just about everything.
How I work
- At your home, 7 days a week, 9am to 10pm. You unplug nothing and carry nothing: I bring the tools and common spare parts.
- Clear diagnosis before any work. You know what will be done and what it will cost — the price is agreed before, not after.
- Transparent flat rates. Most jobs are fixed-price: no meter running while Windows downloads its updates.
- No pointless repairs. If your machine is not worth fixing, I will tell you honestly and help you choose a suitable replacement — which I do not sell, so the advice is unbiased.
